"New restaurant from a Asian background chef family. Very welcome as my home country. Welcome you with warm water and chat with my Cantonese. Known the chef daddy has a background of Taiwanese and Hongkongese cooking, maybe more to discover. It is not a busy lunch on weekday so can sit relaxingly. First time try the mamatang broth by chef mommy, found that it is the Szechuan 水煮魚broth, and I like that taste. But don’t take too spicy, little spicy is truly taste spicy. My friend’s noodle tastes good too. It is thick curry paste style to go with the noodles. I understand why it doesn’t come with vermicelli now. It is not the typical using curry powder to make the vermicelli dry. It is easier to eat. The restaurant has a cultural background too. We always have set meals with main course come with a drink. Though the drink choice is more local style now, and the price is very reasonable in the centre. With a complementary drink you will feel extra value. This is a similar meal experience and recall my lovely memory of Hong Kong. I think dimsum set is good choice too. You can’t expect a good decoration in. Hong Kong style bistro and here is the same, but cleanliness and nice food is what you get. And there are more than 20 seats in the restaurant. There is a service charge on card payment and dine in. Bill under £10 can only pay CASH is king. Not sure any service charge if take out. 5stars is given. Keep the good work."

"We ordered 3 dim sum for 11£ which is a nice deal, also amazing at the great portion of Singapore fried rice, all ingredients are tasty. I wasn't expected at the coffee here but it's smooth and very good. Owner and staffs are friendly, hope this new place can be found by more people."

"Hands down the best steamed chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Incredibly tender, juicy, and flavourful. The chicken is specially sourced directly from a farm, and it’s genuinely something you cannot get anywhere else in the UK. The value is insane . It is cheaper and significantly better quality than any local Chinese restaurant I’ve tried. There’s a hidden menu, and the soup that comes with the chicken is unbelievably fresh and clean-tasting，pure comfort, yet deeply rich. Truly mind-blowing. The pork is another standout: perfectly crispy, coated in a dripping honey sauce, indulgent but not greasy at all. I can confidently say: this is the best chicken you’ll eat in your entire life. Must call and book in advance，absolutely worth the effort."

"Unexpected Performance Interested in the beef brisket rice bowl and soya milk therefore entered the restaurant. Finally got drinks that is not cold and teeth staining. And without sugar too. I was thrilled. The brisket bowl was very generous in portion. The brisket was so well cooked that it tasted soft and tender. The chicken too. The rice was cooked well too, not soggy. I think the restaurant uses good quality rice for the dishes. The dim sum, udon and noodles are not homemade. But at least they are honest about that. Mass production from factories is an inevitable trend I guess. Unfortunately for the noodles and udon, I couldn't confirm the source of the wheat flour. Failed to confirm if it's GMO wheat, I am not going to risk it. FYI, GMO wheat has been in Asia for at least 20 years already. It's the most dangerous food in the world. Cause of inflammation. The staff was patient, they tried their best to answer my questions. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. I think I will come back to try other things on the menu. And more soya milk too."

"I really liked this place. Everything tasted authentic and delicious. Food took a little while to come out on a Saturday afternoon. Liked the free drink with the meal! The beef noodles were to die for. Tastes just like Hong Kong !"

"A hidden GEM!! I got the beef brisket soup udon and it was delicious, arguably the best I’ve ever had. The portion was large, but too good to not finish it all. Will definitely be coming back when I’m local to Cambridge. Thank you to the lovely staff!"
